I think the problem with Arthas in hots is that he has no identity. Frozen Tempest’s effects last for 1.5 seconds.Īfter adding death grip to arthas it will be harder to skip from arthas so we just increased the time needed for arthas frozen tempest to stack up to make it easier to skip. Heroes hit also have their Attack Speed Slowed by 10% per second, stacking up to 40%. Slow enemies Movement Speed by 10% every 1.5 second, stacking up to 30% after getting 30% slow enemies slow for an additional 15%. Death grip pulls the target directly to the arthas from maximum range 6.ĭeveloper Comment: keep in mind Raynor’s basic attack range is 6.5!
